Data Deletion Instruction Guide

At RCMD, we respect your privacy and provide a straightforward way to delete your account and associated personal data. If you used standard email registration, or connected your account via Apple, Google, or Meta, you can request data deletion using either of the methods outlined below.

Method 1: Delete via the RCMD App (Recommended)

1. Open the RCMD app on your device.
2. Ensure you are logged into the account you wish to delete.
3. Navigate to your Profile or Settings menu.
4. Tap on Account Settings.
5. Select Delete Account at the bottom of the page.
6. Confirm your choice. Your account and personal data will be permanently removed instantly.

Method 2: Delete via Email Request

If you have already uninstalled the application or cannot access your account, you can submit a manual deletion request:

1. Send an email to info@rcmd.me from the email address associated with your RCMD account.
2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request.
3. State your username and confirm that you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated information.

RCMD support will process your request and securely delete your data within 30 days, providing a final confirmation email once complete.
